I also get this message sometimes.
It's a bug at the ITRC site
Just use 'reload' until the site is correctly loaded.

For some members I get it always.
Is it possible that they are using Netscape?
It is like the HP-webconsole tool.
Under Netscape it works for me, but not under IE 5.0
