Instead of syslog you will need to reffer /etc/cmcluster/
Also check for recent changes on OS if this cluster was working in past.

As per Oct 4th, there are no issues related to cluster reported, except about DB.
Attempting to contact (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=oracle_app)(PORT=1524))
TNS-12541: TNS:no listener
cannot connect to database GOGP at Mon Oct 4 16:11:24 BST 2010 :
Do you have the logs of Nov 4th of package startup?
How many packages you have? Can you send us all package logs ?
