Error on swinstall

I got hpux 11.00 800/9000.
I'm trying to install a driver called A5506B for quad nic card using swinstall from my scsi cd-rom.
when I mark it to install on swinstall I got a message about problem to find it's depends:

Re: Error on swinstall

Looks like you lost your nfs connection during the install.

Verify and try again.

Re: Error on swinstall

As always with swinstall errors, the first thing to try is stopping and restarting the swagent daemon:

/sbin/init.d/swagentd stop
/sbin/init.d/swagentd start

Re: Error on swinstall

Some tips:
- try to mount with -o cdcase option
- check that all required patches are installed
- what platform is this?Although this card is supported on almost all pci-based servers running 11.00.
- validate your /var isn't full, you have enough permissions etc (usual sysadmin stuff)
- check no hostname resolving problems (do nslookup ,if this computer is no connected to network check that hostname is defined in /etc/hosts along with localhost
)
- restart swagentd as suggested.

Re: Error on swinstall

Steven I don't know how you did it but it worked. I umount all my nfs connections and then bumped into the real problem - customer ID + codeword which I need to insert (and which I need to find ...)

thanks very much
