Error registering resource_up_value
One of the package cannot be registered with the following errors:

Apr 23 12:37:16 lsmsc2 cmcld: Registering resource_up_value for Resource /net/in
terfaces/lan/status/lan0 on Package lsmsc2_lan.
Apr 23 12:37:40 lsmsc2 cmcld: Registration of Resource /net/interfaces/lan/statu

Anyone had met this before?
Any log other than syslog can I get more info?

I think the EMS use public as the get-community-name by default.
How to change this value?

I am not an expert on this topic, but the snmp.conf file is used to set the get-community-name value. See this document in the technical knowledge base: 3100556197
If you represent a telecom company using SS7, I recommend you contact your HP support group to discuss this issue in detail, as such systems are subject to regimented configuration constraints to insure proper operation.
