Hi,
You need to add the path where that file is found to your path environment setting, in your .profile (or equivalent) file.

Hi Robaby,

This file is for localized messages.
As you appear to be using "simplified chinese", double check the values of LANG and NLS_LANG. Especially NLS_LANG as it appears to be very complex.

I don't have any chinese on my HP boxes, so I can't really check it for you ;-)
