error when haltpkg in node adoptive

Hello, anybody can helpme with this:
When I transfer the package from the adoptive node to the primary node, It was been the whole system down and booted, in the syslog the following thing appears.
P.d. make to mention that I have just compiled the binary one and it's made it correctly.

Hi

Seems that there is some wrong in the configuration file.
That error cause by the current node can not release the Cluster's lock disk. So that if you take over to another node the lock disk can not handle by it...
Check again for the cluster's configuration.
