error while installaing hp-ux march2013 update

Hi ,

I  am trying to install hp-ux 11iv3 march 2013update but got the below error:

io_destroy_with_dsf: io_destroy failed
class : disk, instance 19
The LUN callback routine has failed the LUN destroy request as there are 1 active opens on the LUN (64000/0xfa00/0xa).

Can any one help!!

Please check the installation media .. Are you installing from DVD or Local depot ?

I am installing using a depot file and Booting using iLO Virtual DVD....

its a itnaium machine model : rx2800 i2

now serevr is not booting again as it seems it is not able to find boot path...

Can it be a root disk failure issue?
