error while installing quality pack

I have hp 11 installed on hp 9000/800 & while installing Quality Pack I get the following error,

have you tried with another cd ? Are you using a tape ? (Software item "CORE2-KRN" not found on tape)

You have downloaded QP or copied, use another QP and you solve the problem

Hi Rajesh,

I saw the cause of the problem is the QPK depot is corrupted, here is the message that given to you from the error :

Internal error. Software item "CORE2-KRN" not found on tape depot. This might indicate the depot is corrupt. This error occurred in function "idam_LoadTapeItems", source file "id_ser.c", line 3566.

To resolve the problem, you can try to install the QPK patch bundle from the HP Support Plus CD media OR you can download the latest QPK patch bundles from the url below :

http://www.software.hp.com/SUPPORT_PLUS/

choose the 'Quality Pack Bundles' at the right panel.
