Exceed kickin' me off while accessing shares (CIFS)

Hi all,
again, I need your help. I'm running HP-UX 11.0 on an L-Class. I built up a CIFS/9000-Server and created some shares. When modifying a share and restarting Samba, Exceed is kickin' me off the server. Anyone ever ran into this ?? (OK, telnet works fine, but I didn't get this issue via Exceed before). TIA ...
