Fatal error on "IGSERVER": (Cannot ping system, probably down.

Hi all ,

Server Model:rx2620
Os:11.23
Ignite UX Client Installation.

when i try to ignite a client which is already having th os and network reachable , i get the following error.

Fatal error on "IGSERVER": (Cannot ping system, probably down.

since I want to deploy the image , could not able to locate , where is the problem.

Also some docs on Ignite Installation through EFI manager(Network installation on Itanium)./
