Execute 'who -b'.
Between the time you copied this information and the last reboot, as provided in who -b, you had 3 loss of sync's and 1 link fail.
Please go to /etc/opt/resmon/log/* and obtain the event associated to this outage.

From a disk array point of view, I believe a loss of sync indicates:
a) there was a link connection failure
b) after the failure the disk array could no longer determine the number of writes in the queue.

Have you got the hardware at the other end of the fiberoptic (FO) cable checked hardware-wise ? Or did you verify the integrity of the FO cable itself ? This sounds like a hardware related failure to me.
Check syslog message and u can check that issue by replacing FC card as well.
