As usual, seeing the actual message might be
more helpful than seeing a vague description
of the message.

Did they tell you where to get it?
Info-ZIP UnZip may not support all the
encryption algorithms which might be used by
other products, like, say, (some unspecified
version of) "winzip".

- what is the exact message.
- What is the unzip version you are using. & OS ver.
You can try following:
- use latest version 6, and try again.
seems to be the encryption bug has been fixed here:
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Misc/unzip-6.0/
README:
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Misc/unzip-5.52/readme.html
- fixed an extraction size bug for encrypted stored entries (12 excess bytes were written with 5.51)
- fixed false "uncompressed size mismatch" messages when extracting encrypted archive entries
Cheers,
Raj.
