File corruptions using EMC Powerpath
Hello,
Has anyone had any problems with file corruptions using EMC's Powerpath version 5.0.0 when using filesystems on an EMC SAN connected to a HP 11.23 rx7640?

Re: File corruptions using EMC Powerpath
I use powerpath 4.5.1 with HP-Ux 11.23 but the only problem I have had is that sometime, if you remove and reassign again some snapshot LUN, these paths disappeared even if they should be there.
Despite all, when paths were back I was always able to read my filesystem.

Re: File corruptions using EMC Powerpath
Hi Iteam,
While it is interestin to seek out the experiences from you peers, may I assume you first on foremost engaged your support folks?
Matters of file corruptions need to be investigated as soon as possible and through the best support available to you with maximum priority.
You may 'see' just one corruption now, but silently more might be being corrupted.
just a comment,
