Re: Filesystem issue ?
Shalom and Warm Regards to you,
Seem the two filesystems in question, which are both mounted read only have issues.
Possible issues:
1) Disk went bad on one sector or so.
2) corrution of fs.
I'd suggest running fsck against the filesystem and possibly using cstm, mstm or xstm to do troubleshooting diagnosis on the disks involved.
vgdisplay -v the volume group or lvdisplay -v the logical volume for more information.

Re: Filesystem issue ?
Hi,
If file system not in fstab, but is listed it mnttab, then may be someone would have mounted it, or you have a cluster etc....
also looks like its a BCV ( based on the name ), is it an EMC device ..../
there seems to be some problem with the disks and may be a bad block etc, you can try following before doing a full disk test ..
a) fuser on the mount point
---> see if anyone using the disk
b) umount the FS
c) Run fsck with -o full option on the FS
fsck -F vxfs -o full -y /dev/testdb_eupoeacdvg/rcode01_279lv
d) mount the FS
e) see if the error is still there
f) if is still there -- then there is a disk problem and may need replacement
you can download the vxfs 4.1 admin guide and see under section kernel messages
