If you call 18006333600 you should be able to arrange a password reset.

There is also a feature on the login screen that lets them email you a new password.

Hi Prashad,

Your forum password and your itrc password is same. Click on the forgot your password link in the itrc login screen and provide the details over there. It is pretty easy to recover a forgotten password.

Prasad,
I am wondering, how you can post messages when you forgot your itrc passwd. If you are already logged in, log out and select login from the left hand side frame.

In that you get a link as Recover lost User ID or Password
http://us-support.external.hp.com/login/bin/doc.pl/screen=loginMailPasswordForm

Then enter your details, either user id or the mail which you used to register. You will get the password mailed to you.

In the login screen there has an option allow to you recover your ID or password.
