free mem and memory usage

Hello All,
Other than top is there any other hp command or utility that normal user can use to see free memory/memory usage in the system .Surely appreciate your help

PS The normal user has no business observing the free memory of the system. Unless you're an administrator of some kind, app, dba or SA.
