FS error is coming.

can you please tell why thesse error is coming.

is it due to disk bad block or some thing els.

Hi,

I would suspect a filesystem issue rather than a disk issue.

I'd try to unmount the filesystem and run a full fsck on it. (fsck -F vxfs -o full )

Yep! I agree with Wouter Jagers!

This error message says that there is an error during access to disk.
Thus, first of all you need to full check for the filesystem.
This is less to guess the cause.
Will it ok?
If you can not umount the filesystem, you have to monitor the log very carefuly. If this error message still appear. Becarefull! The bad disk may the cause!

According to the file /usr/include/sys/errno.h error 20 means "not a directory". There are numerous possible causes of this, but it's a start.
