I put this query on about an hour ago, Got two e-mails to say there was a reply but when I go back onto the site I can't find my post. Sorry, if I'm doing something wrong but I will put on the query again.
I want to put nosuid in fstab on some file systems (not root or tmp etc). The current entry looks like
/dev/vg01/lvol5 /u05 vxfs delaylog 0 2
Can I simply replace delaylog with nosuid.
If you replied before could you please reply again.
Many Thanks,
Tim

Normally there is a link you can click on in the e-mail that you get that will take you back to your thread.

Re: fstab & nosuid
Many Thanks, Patrick.
I had just deleted the e-mails & went back to the forum. Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Won't be so hasty in deleting my e-mails in future. 10 points awarded for your help.
