FTP Error : Connection reset by peer

Good Day ,

I have a problem to FTP some files from HP-UX machine v 11i to Windows2000 , Some times it is working fine without any problem but some timeit fails and i will get this error message
"Connection reset by peer"

Shalom Hatem,

This is almost always caused by server configuation timeout.

If there is no action from the sending to recieving server for 15 minutes the connection times out.

The causes vary, but usually have something to do with network configuration or transfer rate dropping to zero.
