FTP Server Configuration

I need to setup an exisitng HP Server to the FTP server. Where i can i found the documents?
And what are the steps need to take care?

if you are looking to set up FTP on an HPUX system, look at the man pages for ftpd, ftp, ftpaccess and ftpusers. You will also need to ensure you have correct entries in /etc/inetd.conf
