ftpd and telnetd error
the problem :
because of a network's switch update we have changed networks cards to 100FD instead of auto negociate so after the reboot, I have checked everything seemed good, users could connected, loaded application an so on.
but when i had a look on syslog, this message below appeared no longer:

Make sure the port on the switch is also set to 100Full Duplex / Fixed / no autoneg
You should have this setting on both the server as well as the switch.
If you change the setting on one but not on the other, you may have this problem.

Telnet connections are beeing terminated, either by users without logging off, or by processes.

I have already checked it, the switch's port set in 100FD.
