my customer problem with function key in 700/60
the terminal 700/60 setup to wyse60 ( Term=Wyse50)
if i set F3 to Exit from Oracle Defin, HPUX always set ^D to Exit

They are make application with oracle 7.3.4

You could modify the stty setting for eof from ^D to something else.
