Glance network utilisation

Hi

 

Can anyone explain the glance network utilisation.

 

Networkil   U     UR                                    R                               | 59%   60%   62%.

 

I have a 5 gig apa.

 

teh network guys say i am only using .2 % of this trunk.

 

However i am seeing 60 % utilisation.

 

can anyone explain how glance gets its network utilisation information on a apa?

 

frequently i get a bottleneck warning as in the attachment.
