glance problem

Has anyone had trouble with glanceplus version C.03.20.00? When starting glace I found that it just hangs for a while. I had to escape out of it. I did get a Fatal Error code 5 and a NonFatal Error: Unable to perform functions on devices. Any help would be nice.
