SolutionThis looks like a similar problem to one on the N-class where spirrious errors about the processors are generated but are in fact nothing to worry about. The fix on the N-class is to upgrade the firmware, the same on the L-class. Check your PDC firmware level, and upgrade to the latest; 40.26. You can use XSTM from OnlineDiag (Support CD) to see your firmware level (select a CPU and run Tools->Information on it)
HP strongly recommend installing server firmware 40.26 on all L-Class systems as soon as possible.
You can download right from the ITRC, either as firmware patch PF_CRHW4026 or as an swinstallable patch; PHSS_21696

Re: GSP errors
Try to reset your GSP once again. When it fails the selftest once again contact your HP support to replace it. You are able to reset it either by pressing the reset button or execute the XD command from the GSP prompt.

Re: GSP errors
Greg,
Ive got my wires crossed, Patrick Wessel's reply about the GSP firmware being independant of the PDC firmware is correct, and not only should you upgrade the PDC firmware but more importantly the GSP firmware. Here is the HP doc on how to upgrade the GSP firmware;
http://europe-support.external.hp.com/cki/bin/doc.pl/sid=2415e66b154ae72117/screen=ckiDisplayDocument?docId=200000049785395
On this document you can download the GSP firmware from;
ftp://docs.hp.com/dist/gspfirmware
Cheers,
Stefan
PS. Good spotting Patrick!
