I am looking for the online docs for HAO. It grieves me that it takes so long to go thru this process to find a document. If anyone knows the wherabouts of the HAO installation guide, please let me know.

Yes, finding this is a lot tougher than one would expect. Use 'Google' and keywords "HAO", "observatory" within hp.com domain. There are quite a few instant hits.
