HBA
we have installed four qlogic A6826-60001 Dual Port Fibre HBA on our L class server running hpux11.11 . However it is not showing up inioscan -funC fc command and in ioscan -f command they are coming as unclaimed. What could be the issue?

Drivers.
You need to install the appropriate drivers for the card. You should have gotten these along with the cards.

Have the Ignite backup of the server and install the following product

-u option take result from cache, it did not scan all your hardware
