Help!----How come I cannot remove a user?
When removing a user account "xxx" via SAM, I got error message "User "xxx" is
excluded from removal by SAM. See the "sam(1M)" entry in the "HP-UX
References" for details.
I checked /etc/sam/rmuser.excl and there is no entry
called "xxx" inside this file.

Re: Help!----How come I cannot remove a user?
I believe that I have found a bug in HP-UX 10.20 when dealing with removal of a
user "xx" via SAM if there is entry called "xxyy" inside /etc/sam/rmuser.excl.
The action will be denied with the same error message as given before. But
once you rename the user to others
without any association with the entries inside rmuser.excl, then you will be
able to remove this user. Is anybody interested to try this?
Next, I want to know to find out if there is any patch to cure this
problem, how can I do that?

You might consider searching the ITRC knowledge base (link below) to see if
there is any info on this problem. If there is a patch, it may be mentioned.
