Help! I accidently removed /dev/tty!!!

Help! I accidently removed /dev/tty!!!

Can't log on to system from console!
I've rebooted and am now in single user mode.
What do I need to do to re-create the /dev/tty directory?
Help!

# insf -e

Check re-create the /dev/tty....
