i face a script that i can't understand it
can any body help me?

As I understand it, it's just gonna type:

*:AC:ACCEPT:P:ac AC.conf:1:13:


Don't see any special meaning of this string ...

Is that script working? this is not a valid line I guess.

it's valid. It just sends "*:AC:ACCEPT:P:ac AC.conf:1:13:" to stdin of cat. Maybe it is part of some script that builds configuration file ... But syntax is OK
