help me about network problem
2*R380 with 2 J3715A on each server, in MC/SG envrionment.
pls find attached file for syslog.log.

Below looks like a SCSI bus or hardware problem. Check out the device (dev: bc001000)

You need to change your startup file for each LAN to explicitly set the speed and duplex. If your network device can be programmed, set it to a fixed value also. Autonegotiation can fail in a number of ways including using a specific cable length. By locking the speed and duplex, you are no longer free to plug-and-chug cables but a speed/duplex mismatch is not healthy for the LAN. Your LAN config files are found in /etc/rc.config.d/hp*conf.
