help please errors found in hp integrity blades server

Hi guys need your expert recommendation. While running some commands, errors occurs please see the following logs:

hi,

the disk are presented from SAN ?? I yes check with Storage / SAN administrator for some changes.

check EMS messages or error.... failed ... in syslog.log

dmesg

ioscan -fn |grep NO_HW

ll /dev/dsk/PV_name

diskinfo

it seems that the disks are not accessible for the system

thanks for the reply, yes its connected to EVA 4400 storage
