how to fix corrupt patch

I was doing a security check run this morning and my system came up with a corrupt patch.

When i view /var/adm/sw/save/*patch_name*/....
i get this..

any idea why this failed and what should i do with this corrupt patch.. Is there a good way to fix these?

Reinstall it;
swinstall -x reinstall=true -s

That should fix the corrption. In rare cases you may need to swremove the patch first then swinstall it.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...

swremove PHCP_#####

as root

That will get rid of it unless there are dependency problems.
