How to save the patch.

Hi,

I'm trying to download the patch PHCO_19046 to fix SAM User due to Y2k
patch. Now how can I save this patch file, because after the downloading had
been finished the screen will display to me script file and at the bottom of
the file are ascii chars. If I click from IExplorer File/Save As I was only
given the options to save as txt,html,mht (the default when using IE). If I
chose txt which is probably the most suitable among the options is this the
right file format for patches and how will I install it.

Just store it as text file
Copy it to your unix box.

Do a
dos2ux PHCO_19064

and than do

sh PHCO_19064

yout should get two files. One depot and one txt files.
Use the depot file to install the patch.
