Looking at your problem further your system may have some sort of IO problem, however the error code does make reference to your graphics config.
1. Did you make any changes to the graphics config?
2. Can you disconnect the graphics monitor and reboot?

I'm assuming it is a K class. Here is the error code explanation.
FLT 802B I/O bus overlap (usually due to graphics configuration violation)
