HP-UX v11 program certification

What does it take to get a program "certified" to run on HP-UX v11? Is there a
HP-supplied or third-party
product that examines a program to make sure it's compliant with HP-UX v11
guidelines (e.g., program should go in /opt, etc)?

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Hmmm...I tried my search again and this time found
the relevant docs located off of:
