hpvm lic
Hello ,
I know hpvm lic is per core based. But how about the application and veritas software lic that runs on hpvm. IN other words if i have veritas software installed on main host of hpvm ..can i be able to clone couple of virtual machine sharing the lic.how it works.

You will need a statement from your vendor if you're using Veritas products directly.
Concerning HP products, they relaxed their licensing policy a while ago for VMs. Licensing for OEs, for example, is done on a per vCPU basis. So you can mix different OEs and products on the same physical host, as long as you don't assign more vCPUs than you are allowed to.
