hpvmmigrate: ERROR (host): Network read timeout after 15 seconds.

Hello all. 

  I have two VSE hosts that reside in the same enclosure.  (we can discuss that architecture setup later :) ).    Anyways, both VSE hosts are BL870c i4, each with 512 GB memory.   For the sake of company names, we'll call the systems System VSEA and VSEB.  Both systems were built from the same ignite file process.  

HPUX 11.31
HPVM 6.30

We need to migrate systems from other VSE hosts, we'll call VSEC and VSED.   C->A and D->B.   We can move Vpars from VSEC over to VSEA with no issues.   When we try to move VSED Vpars over to VSEB, we get the following error:

root@VSEA # hpvmmigrate -F -P Vpar_Name -h VSEB
hpvmmigrate: Connected to target VSP using 'VSEB'
hpvmmigrate: ERROR (host): Network read timeout after 15 seconds.

As a test, we were able to create a Vpar on VSEB, and hpvmmigrate 'test' over to VSEA with no issues.   

Any suggestions would be welcome.
