HPWorld 2003

I'm sure if you're certified you already know it but just in case: today is the last day to register for HPWorld and get that big discount.

I know it's a tough year for most companies financially, but how many think they're going to make it this year? My request was denied by my company, but I may cancel a vacation or two and do this instead.

And by the way, it's almost SysAdmin Day. Although my boss says everyday is SysAdmin Day. Just getting home at 5am doesn't make me feel special. http://www.sysadminday.com

Thanks for your time.... Jim

Re: HPWorld 2003

Jim,

I hope you can make it. I'll be there and there's a few other confirmed attendees reported in this thread:

Re: HPWorld 2003

I admire your commitment Jim. I wont even bother asking as x-over training for 11.0 - 11i has been rejected. We have some 100 boxes all over the world to upgrade & configure!!

Re: HPWorld 2003

Hey Jim,

I registered yesterday. So I will be there for atleast a couple of days. Not sure if I will be able to make it until the middle of the week. We will be in Philly the weekend prior doing a DR test at SG.

Re: HPWorld 2003

My boss had to fight for a few weeks to get things like this approved this year. His parting shot for HP World was the cost break due to my cert, and it worked. (We are lucky, I guess.)

They've got quite a bit of interesting sessions planning this year...

I guess I'll see anybody who's coming down there...

Re: HPWorld 2003

Well, I just went to register and noticed the date for the discount was extended again. It is now 8/8.....just an FYI. I hope that doesn't mean the turnout is lower than expected.

I was amazed...I put in the request and got called within 2 weeks and told it was approved.

See you folks in Atlanta !

Re: HPWorld 2003

Jim,

My understanding is that registration numbers are down quite a bit from what was expected.
