						How do i reassign a hardware path using insf.I had a bad disk - which is been replaced - which now got a new path.The old hw path of the bad disk is marked as no_hw.I need to reassign that hw path to the newly added disk.any idea.

						scsi disk ? , san disk ? .
If it's a scsi disk, and you replace a disk the HDW path is the same.
You just have to do a #ioscan -fnC disk
and the NO_HW should be CLAIMED

						Did you put the SAS disk in the same slot?
