Hyper Terminal Problem

hi,

Currently I try to install Hp-UX 11.0 O/S into new harddisk on rp5470. But I encouter had the problem which the Main Window for HP-UX installation been past by. It cant stay in the white window in Hyper Terminal.

Another Problem, I try use Terminal Console connect with rp5470. But nothing come out ? The way I connect is I use my Null Model Cabel 1 side connect with Server and another side connect with light green cable ( 1 side is 25 Male pin and another side is 9 pin female) and the green cable connect with Terminal Console.
