icod error

Hi all~

#swlist -l product |grep -i icod
iCOD B.06.02 Instant Capacity On Demand

but i can't get icod info.
#icod_stat
ERROR: Failed to get partition information.

what shall i do?

Is your icodd daemon running?

/usr/bin/ps -eaf | grep icodd
if you don't try, you'll never know if you are able to

icodd daemon still running and I followed recomanded action like a swverify in website.. but still Error message showed.

are you root?

try "icod_stat -s"

Are you ok with license/codewords?

Have a look to the file /var/tmp/icod_error

if you don't try, you'll never know if you are able to

model is superdome 32way and two partion is running.

This looks a little more serious, as you cannot get any partition or ICOD information.
We assume it was all working before?

I believe you may have a hardware problem, most likely a cell board has failed, or possibly your GSP has hung or failed.
I would get a hardware call placed with your local HP Response Centre.
