idle time parameter
I've been searching for an idleout command or parameter on HP-UX 10.20 (there
was one on SCO Unix) so idle users don't stay too long connected to the server.
My search has been unsuccesful.
Do you know if such command or parameter exist?
Has anyone dealt with this issue before?
Any comments will be appreciated!!
TIA.

Re: idle time parameter
I think the setting you are looking for is the TMOUT environment variable that
needs to be set up from within the user's login profile.
Refer to the man page for sh-posix, or ksh if using the Korn Shell.
