Hi all,
Is there any method to take an ignite backup to a hard disk.
Pls help with your sugestions.

Look at make_net_recovery.
This will make a recovery archive to a disk on a server.

I assume you are thinking of using a central server as a ignite-server of images?
Change the target to a remote machine's disk.
One of the ideas of ignite is to be used to rebuild a system to a given state. So I would not use a local disk to keep the backup, as in the event of system failure you have no media to recover from.
