Ignite make_depots question

I creatd a depot with the command opt/ignite/bin/make_depots -x write_remote_files=true -s /cdr -d /var/opt/ignite/depots/Rel_B.11.00 /core -l /var/opt/ignite/logs/server_setup.log
When I go to install my client, it bombs out because there are dependencies missing for LVM and networking. Why dos my depot appear to be missing files?

Can you post the exact error messages and the output of

swlist -l product | grep -i lvm
swlist -l product | grep -i arpa
