Re: ignite restore
Hi,
maybet this message is about the SCSI driver. Look what is the model from one and another server, Ultra 160, Ultra320, etc...
If diferents, try install on the N-Class the same driver that RP4400 SCSI model, make new ignite, e try new restore. Good look!

Re: ignite restore
Even though the cpu architecture at the base level is compatible between an N-Class server and RPxxxx server, since the PCI bus on the latter is more modern and devices you get on an RP server is much newer, problems like you encountered are to be expected.
Is there any reason why you are not performing a fresh install from CD/DVD and extract and re-populate the files you need from the ignite image, after the install is complete ? Just curious.
