this is from swinstall, I have seen a similar message box but different wording. However, I could not reproduce it....

run swagentd -r to restart the swagent daemon and see if it still pops up.

No details from your side. What are u doing exactly and where this error came?
What server you have?
What GUI application you are using.

looks like you are trying to install s/w of other OS. check the installable whether it's for HP or not.

Yes,we're running the swinstall on HP-UX 11i and now the error disppears without any update...

Is "QueueRefresh" a system function?
