You should see oracle 7 installation for HP-UX in the following URL.

Do you mean 7.3.4? If so, go to
http://otn.oracle.com/documentation/index.html

Under "Previously Released Oracle Documentation" Select the link for
Oracle7 Server 7.3.4 then under the section for Documentation for HP 9000 Series HP-UX select the link to A69051_02 PDF Oracle7 Server for HP 3000/900 Release Notes Release 7.3.4.4.0

It will include patches and other system requirements.

Why are you talking about installing Oracle 7? This is no longer supported by Oracle. The hp-ux 11.0 installation doesn't change between 10.20 and 11.0, although there are some kernel parameters that are different. I would recommend using 8i or 9i rather than Oracle 7, since you will get no support from Oracle if you have a problem.
