installation issue
While installing application software with application account,it shows the following patches are missing.swlist shows these patches are already in place.
I am able to install as root.

Can you give more information on the application? I need to see "runinstaller" to really understand, and copyrights probably would not let you post it unless it is home-grown.
A wild guess would be that the script looks for a required bundle wrapper (probably BUNDLE11i) rather than the list of needed patches.
If you wish to bypass the failing script and have a list of the required patches you could use the SWA PATCH or CHAIN analyzers to verify that required patches are present. See https://hp.com/go/swa for more information.

Check your download has been proper brief the question for which application you are installing the patch.

what's the status of the patch
if you do
swlist -l fileset -a state
they should all be configured, if one shows installed or anything other then configured, that sometimes create the error that you are getting.
