I don't know if such a thing exists. If you need screen shots that badly, I would recommend getting a small cheap server and practicing installing HP-UX yourself.

If you had bothered to open up some of the Installation Guides that Patrick mentioned then you would have seen it has screenshots (or at least the a textual facsimile thereof)in the appropriate places. You should also note that there is no "cookie-cutter" approach to configuring an HP-UX system because almost every one is unique depending upon the applications and usage intended.
